BOARD OF DIRECTORS

George Hanson

President/Board Chairman

After a one-year national service program in a remote village in Ghana, where he witnessed first-hand, the harsh impact of poverty on vulnerable communities that caused fatalities among children and adults that were completely preventable, kids without resources to support them in school, and the debilitating impacts of disease and sickness due to a lack of clean water, George knew something had to be done. This experience led him, many years later, together with his wife, to start Changing Lives Together, with a simple and clear vision: identify and provide solutions for critical needs in the following areas: healthcare, education, water & sanitation, and food insecurity, to help save lives. He’s also passionate about providing opportunities for God’s love to be shared in tangible ways. George has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, is a registered professional Civil Engineer, and works in Northern California.
