Water & Sanitation

Each year, an estimated 4 billion cases of diarrhea result in approximately 2 million deaths, mostly among children. Waterborne bacterial infections may account for as many as half of these episodes and deaths (source: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Our Potable Water program focuses on drilling potable water wells and installing water distribution systems to store and convey clean water to communities without clean water sources. Our sanitation programs include the installation of sanitary waste systems for the removal, treatment and disposal of human waste.
