2017 Wute Primary School Student Sponsorship Project
CLT has started the Save-A-Class Program to support a class.
CLT has started the Save-A-Class Program, which is part of the Child Sponsorship Program and provides the opportunity for our partners, donors, and friends to support a class. Twenty 6th grade students at the Wute School in the Volta Region of Ghana were sponsored by 20 individuals. The sponsorship of $30 per month provides very important items that help the kids stay in school and succeed. The program provides for each kid a desk and chair for use in class, 2 lunch meals per week, exercise books, and school uniforms which are required by all public schools in Ghana. Without this program, these kids would be unable to afford these items and could potentially drop out of school. We are extremely thankful to all who have made this possible.
