This project involves drilling and installing a bore hole to provide potable water for the school campus.

Each year, an estimated 4 billion cases of diarrhea result in approximately 2 million deaths, mostly among children. Waterborne bacterial infections may account for as many as half of these episodes and deaths (source: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – CDC). Our Potable Water program focuses on drilling potable water wells and installing water distribution systems to store and convey clean water to communities without clean water sources. Our sanitation programs include the installation of sanitary waste systems for the removal, treatment, and disposal of human waste.

Suma School Campus Water Supply Projected Cost: TBD This project involves drilling and installing a bore hole to provide potable water for the school campus. A distribution system will also be installed to convey potable water to the dormitories and other locations on the campus to provide easy access to water for the students and staff.

Kaabre Well Facility Projected Cost: TBD This current project involves drilling and installing potable water well in Kaabre, a small village, located on the southern border of Suma Ahenkro. The actual cost of the well installation will depend on the soil type in the area, which is yet to be determined.
